03/04/10 - Three new servers being added & Network Upgrades this weekend
As FileLAN continues to grow we will be adding three new servers over the next few days. Additionally we posted information in our forum about the upcoming network upgrade that will allow all of our users 3.5TB of data transfer a month included FREE! Once we complete all of our upgrades all of our users will notice much improved speed even during peak usage times as we load balance out across the new servers. Expected downtime is 15 minutes per user this weekend as we complete the network upgrades and load balancing.

01/30/10 - Network Status & Download Speed Test
Now view the health status of the FileLAN network by clicking the network tab. This new page features a real time look at the aggregate traffic flow through the FileLAN network. Additionally we are now providing 1Mb, 10Mb, and 100Mb download test files to test the speed of our network.

01/27/10 - Ticket Support System
In order to provide faster and easier customer support, we have added a new ticket support system. There is no need to register to use this system. To open a ticket with the new system simply click support then click new ticket. Our staff will receive an alert alert as soon as your ticket is opened.
